1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by Mindmaxing Creatives ("Studio", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
2. Studio Services & Client Agreements
All software engineering, AI product development, and consulting engagements are governed by individual master service agreements (MSA) or statements of work (SOW) executed between Mindmaxing Creatives and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of project milestone fees, all custom client deliverables, codebase rights, and specific project intellectual property transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our portfolio site and case studies are provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime and high performance on all active products, Mindmaxing Creatives disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Inquiries & Communication
Project inquiries submitted via our contact form do not constitute a binding legal contract until a formal proposal and agreement are signed by both parties.
